Supporting Homeless Veterans
Current News

In October 2023, LCI open their doors to our first Veteran family. We provide, weekly or monthly check-in depending on the resident life goals. We have helped our residents to get food stamps, community connection to get primary care on a routine. We have
provided personal transportation and paid transportation to doctors’ appointments, food
market visits, and supported financial budgets as needed.
As of, 2023 LCI has served 25 men, 1 woman, and 1 family. Most of our resident background suffers from alcoholism, depression, and mental health. The longest resident has been with us for three years. The normal stay is 6 to 12 months. Currently, we have 2 residents with us over 12 months. As we continue to grow, we have noticed the need of providing more healthy food choices for our residents.

As of 2025, we continue to support our veterans by providing one-on-one group sessions. Our goal for 2025-2026, we want to continue to expand with wellness care and offer a food pantry.
